Refund policy
Our returns policy is 14 days.
We cannot offer refunds or returns after 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please make sure to return the item in the original packaging.
Some items are not eligible for returns.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on perishable items such as food and flower arrangements, or newspapers and magazines.
We also cannot accept returns on items that come into direct contact with the skin, personal hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-returnable items:
*Gift cards
*Downloadable software products
*Health and personal care products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Purchased items cannot be returned to the manufacturer.
Only a portion of the product price will be refunded in the following circumstances:
*Books with obvious signs of use
*Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
*Items that are not in their original condition and are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our fault.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that your returned items have been received. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

We accept refunds for full-priced items, but not for sale items.
